Information Sharing. Charles Willis does not share customer information with outside vendors. If you purchase merchandise (via this website or at our Atlanta store), you can be secure in the knowledge that all information about you and/or your purchase will be confined to Charles Willis. Charles Willis does not share or sell customer information to telemarketers, catalogues, retailers, or wholesalers.

Security. Charles Willis uses encryption technology to receive and transfer your personal information on our site. When you make a purchase online, your transaction is encrypted through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). 

E-mail Addresses. When a visitor provides an e-mail address while placing an order or sending correspondence, we retain that address. Charles Willis does not contact visitors by their e-mail address except to confirm an on-line order or to respond to an e-mail inquiry.

Telephone Numbers. Visitors who provide their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding those orders. They will not receive solicitation calls from Charles Willis.

Children's Online Privacy. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act took effect April 21, 2000 and pertains to Web sites directed toward children under 13 years of age. Charles Willis does not knowingly accept or collect information or online orders from any person under 13 years of age. We ask that children not be allowed to submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Cookies. Charles Willis uses cookies to record information such as shopping selections when ordering. We do not use cookies to save passwords, credit card numbers, or other highly confidential information.
